Heather found her passion in real estate at the ripe young age of 19, when she bought her first home. After being intrigued by the process, along with her formal education being in design, she began her career in 2004 at the age of 21.

Heather loves helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals when it comes to real estate, but is particularly interested in helping sellers get their home ready for sale, making sure her listings are staged correctly and marketed aggressively.

Living in the Richmond area since she was 3 years old has given her the experience and knowledge necessary to assist buyers and sellers within the entire Metro-Richmond area. She has vast knowledge as to the values and trends within her community.

Heather is recognized and respected throughout the brokerage community for putting her marketing, negotiating and people skills to work, while efficiently accomplishing the task at hand. Described as a compassionate and dedicated professional, Heather always has her client’s best interest at heart. As proof of her dedication and professionalism, Heather has been recognized professionally on both a local and national level. Heather has been designated with the Richmond Association of Realtor’s highest distinguished achiever award every year since 2005. In 2008, Valentine Properties was recognized by the Richmond Association of Realtors and were featured in their publication, Listed Magazine, as the Next Generation of Realtors. Also in 2008, Heather opened her own brokerage, Valentine Properties. Every year since 2012, Valentine Properties has been in the top 10 teams in all of central Virginia. Also in 2012, Heather was recognized nationally as one of the National Association of Realtors 30 under 30.

Heather takes her business seriously. Like all athletes have coaches, so does Heather. She has chosen to take her business to the next level and is currently coached by the number one Business Coaching organization in North America, Buffini and Co. This allows her to stay focused on her goals, have a balanced life and provide the exceptional service to her clients. She has been recognized as a Peak Performer and has had the opportunity to network and learn with some of the best Realtors across the United States.

Heather chooses to focus her business by referral. This allows her the time to focus on her current clients and their transactions while alleviating the typical prospecting activities of most Realtors. Doing this provides her the opportunity to ensure her clients a personalized transaction and the ability to meet her client’s needs. Through the Valentine Properties Client appreciation program, she provides them with a “first class” experience before, during and after the transaction.
