"When I first listed my home, I had very little buyer traffic the first two weeks. Austin presented to me some facts regarding what comparable homes had sold for in recent weeks. With those facts, I decided to lower my listing price to spur viewing activity. In a tight market, I was able to sell my home in approximately 5 weeks. The inspection on my home revealed some needed repairs and Austin was fully engaged as I evaluated costs and arranged repairs. In the process, I was also under contract to purchase a condominium. The process to obtain a mortgage on that purchase proved problematic. When my initial mortgage company refused to close my mortgage due to new Fannie Mae guidelines on condominiums, Austin aggressively pursued other financing options on my behalf. For approximately five weeks, I was in constant contact with Austin and he was always available to me. Throughout a most stressful period, I always knew Austin was doing everything he possibly could to complete my sale and get me into my new home.
